When you can see a dr - good. Hard to get in to see one. Waiting on hold - telephoned when surgery opened - 8.02 -26th caller 31 mins or hold - told no appt. Had to get tel appt and still no appt made. Awful system.

The patient came to the reception after his BP and BT appt and said, 'if every woman on this planet could be like the lady I just saw, we would live in a perfect world!'.
